
Loretta Olding is the co-founder and Executive Director of Elk Mountain Academy and it’s Director of Admissions.Loretta's work ensures that each student placed in the program is appropriate for Elk Mountain Academy. To make that determination, she conducts interviews with educational consultants and parents and she reviews evaluations to verify that any student's identified needs are those that our staff is highly qualified to address. Loretta also administers the daily operations of the school as well as ensures that the staff are trained and equipped to meet the individual needs of every student. Loretta's love and concern for the young men at Elk Mountain Academy extends beyond admission. She recognizes that students need to feel welcome and loved while away from home and she orchestrates special events, holiday parties, and ceremonies that help students celebrate important events.

Barbi Flanders is the Director of Business Affairs at Elk Mountain Academy. Before joining our team she lived in Hawaii and has over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry. Her last position before coming to Elk Mountain Academy was Assistant Front Office Manager of a hotel with over 750 rooms. In her spare time she enjoys taking walks with her collie and working with computers.
