Blake Miller is Program Director–Blake has extensive experience in coaching life skills, teaching, and counseling both adults and youth. He has a degree in Speech Communication Education. Blake manages all other non-front office managerial positions and processes utilized by the different teams. Blake is a loving husband and father caring for a small herd of his own children. Blake's charismatic personality and great sense of humor make it easy for students and parents alike to connect with him and feel the warmth of the EMA campus. Blake manages a significant amount of the weekly parent communication.
David Belville is the Director of Student Affairs. He has worked alongside the young men since his employment with Elk Mountain Academy began in August 2001. Dave is involved in the day-to-day operations at EMA, including site development, recreation coordination, building construction, and student discipline. Dave has a heart for struggling teens and he uses every opportunity to encourage the students to assume their responsibilities to succeed as young men. Dave and his wife have 4 teenage boys and a girl of their own, which helps Dave identify with our students and their unique issues and struggles.
Kevin Lewis is one of our Direct Care Managers. After spending the majority of his career in the corporate world, Kevin answered God's call to work with young adults and teens struggling with drug, alcohol and behavior problems. Kevin has been called to work with the boys, guiding them and helping them find a healthier way to live their lives through accountability, responsibility and faith. In addition to oversee the Direct Care staff, Kevin holds weekly groups and works with the boys one on one. Kevin believes being a strong and consistent Christian role model helps build trust and safety with the boys.

Zach Beaman is one of our valuable Direct Care Staff. Zach has been with EMA as a staff for nearly two years. Zach offers a unique perspective as he is also a former student of EMA. Zach is a loving husband and father and is passionate about the outdoors. He strives to bring his passion for the outdoors and adventures to the students of EMA. As Zach has experienced EMA and recovery from his own personal experience, it is often claimed he knows what the students are going to do before it happens. Through Zach's life experience he offers valuable insight as a student 12-step sponsor.
David Watkins is one of our Night Watch Staff.

Heide Belville is one of EMA's drivers for our students to and from appointments. She is a loving Christian mother and wife and has raised five kids of her own, three of which are adopted. Heide has worked with EMA for six years but has a tremendous amount of experience prior to her arrival in 2007. Heide spent 20 years performing the tasks as a youth leader in her Christian communities and churches. She has also volunteered on teen "help lines" for teens in immediate crisis.
Sara Bumpas is our cook and one of our drivers. She has been married for 6 years to her high school sweetheart. She has a passion for cooking that she discovered at a young age. Sara enjoys planning out meals and creating new recipes. In her spare time she enjoys gardening and being outdoors.
